Store Pickup | 門店自取
When ordering online, you may choose the “Store Pickup” option.
The payer must pick up the goods in person. Please bring the “Pickup Notice” and present the credit or debit card used for payment for verification.
在網店訂購時，您可選擇「門店自取」方式。
付款人必須親自取貨，並攜同「取貨通知」及付款所用之信用卡或提款卡以作核實。
Secure Packaging and Delivery Process | 嚴謹包裝及送貨程序
We provide sealed packaging to ensure no third party contacts the goods during transit. To protect customers’ interests, we or our delivery partners may require the recipient to present identification for verification.
All personal data will be securely stored by our E-commerce Department and used solely for verification purposes.
我們採用密封包裝，確保運送途中無第三方接觸貨品。為保障顧客利益，我們或送遞服務商可能要求收件人出示身份證明文件以作核實。

Authorizing Another Person to Pick Up Goods | 授權他人取貨
To safeguard your interests, please pick up goods in person at the designated store.
If you need to authorize another person, the authorized representative must present the following documents:
- Authorization letter (request via email; we will provide within one business day);
- A copy of the recipient’s photo ID;
- A copy of the credit/debit card used for payment;
- The pickup notice; and
- The authorized representative’s ID.
If these documents cannot be provided, we reserve the right to refuse the pickup.
為保障您的權益，請親自於指定門店取貨。
如需授權他人代領，授權代表必須出示以下文件：
（1）授權書（請提前以電郵申請，我們將於一個工作天內提供）；
（2）收貨人附照片之身份證明文件副本；
（3）付款所用信用卡或提款卡副本；
（4）貨品取貨通知；及
（5）授權代表之身份證明文件。
若未能提供上述文件，本公司有權拒絕代領。
Order Processing and Delivery Time | 訂單處理及運送時間
Orders placed before 9:00 AM on business days will be processed the same day.
Payment confirmation and shipping arrangements will be completed within three business days.
For store pickup, goods are generally ready within 20 business days.
